The Bybee Family

At Bpinot we handcraft fine Pinot Noir wines from certified organic grapes grown on the Bybee Vineyards & Habitat estate.

This unique habitat, “terroir”  in French, and our sustainable, biodynamic farming practices are ultimately responsible for the distinctive characteristics of B Pinot Noir wines.

These elegant "new-Burgundian" style wines are moderate-alcohol, low-sulfite,  well-balanced,  fine wines. They are created in small lots to reflect vintage (time & season) and place (local habitat, "terroir"). They are vinted to cellar well, and be enjoyed with good food and great friends over time.

These are truly "Green Valley" style Pinot Noirs. They are family farmed, sustainably-grown and artisan-crafted.

Bpinot organic / biodynamic wines are at their best paired with fresh, contemporary cuisine and lingered over "slow food" style with family and friends. They are intended to be enjoyed with music and the arts, collected, cellared and revisited frequently over the years.
